I was born and raised in NY. I started my athletic journey in high school with competing in football and track. After college, I went back into athletics by studying martial arts such as kickboxing and Brazilian jujitsu as well as competing in MMA. It started as simply wanting to lose weight to just wanting to perform and become a better fighter. I competed in 3 fights as an amateur fighter. Through my competitions, I became interested in nutrition and athletic performance. I wanted to understand how the body works, become a better athlete and eventually work with different kinds of athletes. I studied at LIU Brooklyn In Exercise physiology with a concentration in strength and conditioning and sports nutrition. I’m passionate about cross-training different styles of fitness and programming while competing and continuing education to become a sports registered dietitian. I love helping people find a new strength they never knew they had.
