Kayla has been an athlete since childhood. Her background consists of 5 years of swimming competitively along with 7 years of track. During that time, she taught hurdle form for her team, as well as ran the 400m hurdles, 100m hurdles, 4×1 relay, and 100m sprint. In recent years, her focus has shifted to strength training and conditioning. Kayla welcomes clients of all levels. Whether you’ve never touched a weight before, or you’re a pro, she enjoys helping people to reach their full potential in fitness, as well as overall being.
